Topic: Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders Mod

Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders Mod was brought to my attention by Icee. All I can say is that it's absolutely amazing. Although it isn't on the list of approved mods, it's not an x-ray mod, nor does it give any advantages to anyone using it, so I'm allowing it, at least until Kyle vetos my decision. It requires OptiFine to work, and keep in mind it will KILL your FPS. Mine dropped from averaging above 150 to averaging only 14. That's not even a tenth as fast a framerate as I'm used to, for those of you who don't want to do the math. But the outcome is absolutely unbelievable (as the name implies).

Kyle, would it be fair for me to ask you to put one or two of these in the build gallery? Maybe the spawn picture? I think it would be nice to have a picture of spawn in the gallery, especially since there's a chance we'll replace it soon.

I think this is good for screenshots, it could possibly get annoying using it all the time.

Yeah, I had to delete my .jar and reinstall Minecraft because it was just too taxing on my computer. But as a way to look at things on occasion when you get tired of just how ugly Minecraft can be at times, it's a nice option to have.

I didn't say Minecraft is ugly, I said it can be ugly. Just look at glowstone and you know what I'm getting at.
